Item 8.01. OTHER EVENTS
Leo Blumenauer, the Vice President of Business Development for Universal Truckload Systems, Inc., passed away on November 10, 2006. Until a successor can be identified, Mr. Blumenauer’s responsibilities are being handled for the Registrant by others.
