On November 15, 2007 at 3:20 p.m., Donald B. Cochran, President and Chief Executive Officer of Universal Truckload Services, Inc. (the Company) will participate on behalf of the Company in the Stephens Inc. Fall Investment Conference held in New York, NY. Mr. Cochran’s presentation will include an overview of the Company based on the third quarter 2007 financial results. The presentation will be broadcast live via webcast on the Company’s website, www.goutsi.com. An archived webcast of the presentation will also be available to the public in the “Investor Relations” section on the Company’s website, through November, 23, 2007.
